Who we are

A movement for the whole development of young people.

Participation is intended to be open without distinction of origin, race, community, colour, class or creed.

Through age-specific programs, young people practise cooperation, self-reliance, discipline and service while preparing to contribute constructively to local, national and wider communities.

How young people learn

Progressive education through experience.

The Scout/Guide method combines shared values, small groups, stimulating activities and increasing responsibility. It develops competence while giving young people room to cooperate and lead.
