Program overview

A steady practice for body and mind.

The Yoga program introduces young people to age-appropriate movement, breathing and mindful attention. Practice is structured to encourage consistency, body awareness and a balanced approach to physical and mental wellbeing.

Sessions combine preparation, simple postures, breathing awareness, balance and relaxation. Activities are adapted to age and ability, with emphasis on safe participation rather than competition.
