Program overview
A practical path from first discovery to leadership.
Scouts & Guides gives young people opportunities to learn by doing. Age-appropriate activities encourage curiosity, self-reliance, cooperation and growing responsibility in a supportive group environment.
The program follows a progressive method combining small-group participation, useful skills, outdoor experiences, community service and responsibility. Activities can be adapted to the participant’s age, experience and active institutional program.

How training is delivered
Support for students, trainers and institutions.
Association representatives can visit schools and colleges to train students through a four-part delivery model.
Age- and skill-specific curriculum
The right skills at the right time, all-round development through scouting philosophy and an inclusive approach.
Qualified trainers
Balance between school and training, regular trainer workshops and exposure to current training practices.
Assessment and feedback
Regular assessment, parent progress reports and student fitness report cards where implemented.
Equipment and infrastructure
Necessary Scouts and Guides equipment and infrastructure required to conduct training at schools.
